Beyondsoft Acquires Boyle Software

Beyondsoft Consulting has announced its acquisition of Boyle Software, a New York-based software development and technology services company.

Completed on 31 March 2020, the acquisition brings together Beyondsoft’s international delivery capabilities and Boyle Software’s experience in developing digital applications for corporate clients.

The combined expertise broadens the services and resources available to clients of both organisations.

Expanding digital engineering capabilities

Boyle Software helps organisations develop digital strategies and build applications that connect businesses with their customers.

Its work includes web and mobile development, content management, social media integration, advertising technologies, payment systems and security platforms.

These capabilities complement Beyondsoft’s services across cloud, data and analytics, software engineering, test automation and digital transformation.

Connecting specialist expertise with international delivery

The acquisition gives Boyle Software access to Beyondsoft’s wider talent network and technology capabilities.

It also adds specialist application-development experience to Beyondsoft’s broader service portfolio.

Together, the organisations can support clients with a wider range of technology requirements, from customer-facing applications to the systems and platforms that support business operations.

Maintaining continuity

At the time of the announcement, Boyle Software was expected to retain its brand, staff and business operations while continuing to operate as an independent entity.

Clients would continue to work with their existing teams, with access to additional expertise and delivery resources through the wider organisation.
