Our solution converts scattered Chinese-language CVs into reusable talent assets for recruitment teams. Uploaded CVs are parsed, with the original file and the parsed output both retained, then normalised into a standard Markdown format. A large language model assists in interpreting and classifying candidate information — work history, project experience, skill tags, industry, languages and certifications — into a structured candidate profile. Recruiters search by keyword, skill, experience and tag, and once a job description is created the system retrieves and matches candidates against it, returning the basis for each match, the requirements already covered and the items still to be confirmed. AI assists rather than decides: recruiters own the review, and sensitive contact details are permission-controlled and are not passed to the model.
