A smart manufacturing company. The client needed to automate the generation of G- code for CNC machine tools using AI tools.

Our solution

The solution combines deep learning with a built-in library of machining rules to automate CNC programming.

The workflow has three steps:

  1. Upload: Import a 3D model in standard STP format.
  2. Analyse: Identify geometric features, including holes, slots and curved surfaces.
  3. Generate: Produce standardised G-code compatible with mainstream CNC systems, including FANUC and Siemens.

This approach reduces manual programming work and improves CNC program-design efficiency.
