A smart manufacturing company. The client needed to automate the generation of G- code for CNC machine tools using AI tools.
The solution is an intelligent machining process engine built on deep learning, with a built-in library of process rules. It supports one-click upload of 3D models in the standard STP format for smart CNC machine tools, and a geometry parsing engine automatically identifies features such as holes, slots and curved surfaces. It then generates standardised G-code compatible with mainstream CNC systems including FANUC and Siemens, substantially reducing manual programming work and improving the efficiency of CNC program design.
