This Program envisions to enhance, optimize, and automate existing infrastructure and its associated monitoring services.

It focuses on gathering appropriate information to comprehend relevant IT infrastructure and subsequently design, structure, and implement Automation focused operational workflow. Where feasible, existing tools and systems shall be leveraged.

Scope

Covers selected applications and infrastructure across three critical areas: Retail, Wholesale and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).

Two key focus areas for Automation – application focused monitoring (Observability), and Performance & Capacity.
