Beyondsoft Acquires Brazil-Based 4MSTech
Beyondsoft has acquired 4MSTech, a Brazilian technology services company specialising in Microsoft cloud infrastructure and solutions.
The acquisition expands Beyondsoft’s presence in Brazil and strengthens its capabilities in Microsoft 365, Azure, data, infrastructure, security and managed services.
It also brings together local market expertise and international delivery resources to support clients with technology modernisation and ongoing operations.
Combining complementary capabilities
Founded by technology industry executives, 4MSTech has built its business around Microsoft technologies and specialist services.
At the time of the acquisition, the company held five Microsoft partner designations and had received Great Place to Work certification in Brazil.
Beyondsoft identified the company’s technical expertise, client relationships and approach to people management as important factors in the acquisition.
Strengthening services in Brazil
Christiano Knott, Executive Director at Beyondsoft, highlighted the alignment between the organisations’ values, Microsoft relationships and focus on client service.
The acquisition adds 4MSTech’s capabilities to Beyondsoft’s broader service portfolio, providing clients with access to additional expertise and delivery support across markets.
Eduardo Mecking, General Manager of 4MSTech, becomes General Manager of Beyondsoft Brazil.
The business began this next phase with approximately 80 employees and plans to expand its team to support further growth.
Continuity for clients and employees
Existing clients will continue to work with the specialist teams that support their operations.
The expanded organisation will also provide access to a wider international service structure, helping clients address requirements that extend beyond a single market.
For employees, the acquisition creates opportunities to participate in a broader technology services business while continuing to develop local expertise.
